*voilá, such a sweet winter project, wrapping zuckerlwerkstatts handmade candy beauties has been indeed a lovely task. i wish i would own a rocket horse dandeling my skiproping inner child. this christmas season project started of course earlier in 2025 when days where warmer & i was happy to cool down my mind thinking about snow & treasures you might loose beneath a white blanket of shimmering snow & one day when candy crystalls melt all things lost find their way back to you. back to the topic as i am loosing polka dots & filaments. i’m more than happy that i had the honor to do the packaging artwork for the 2025 zuckerlwerkstatt adventkalender again – this time my canvas was a extra lovely packing base in the shape of a book. as you might know i love books & sweet tales to tell & i admire everything in the fields of nostalgia & fantastic playgrounds. growing up in the common sense might be none of my life goals. sometimes i get lost in details, imagination & escapism in the woods of child hood is a magic tool. some things find there existence on artworks. world aims for sweetness – for the zuckerlwerkstatt adventkalender i was in devotion, wrapping memories using my emotional source. sometimes i wish i can meet the straw-legged bird, sitting on his shoulders an watching the made up world from upon. reaching stars & flying fish balloons. catching mechanic butterflies birds tweeting about a boy mindsailing with a handmade ship through all tides. i appreciate the escapism in the child woods, the place where i find the treasures which later on appear in my artworks. merci beaucoup to zuckerlwerkstatt for this adventure & also dvorak trifft schwab who are responsible for the classy & beautiful corporate design. ♥︎
